Terms & Conditions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to and use of g668y is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. g668y primarily serves the Indonesian market. The Platform is intended for use by individuals who are residents of Indonesia. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. g668y does not accept registrations from Restricted Territories.

2.3 Legal Capacity. By registering an account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, that you are not under any legal disability, and that you are acting on your own behalf rather than as an agent for any third party.

2.4 Employee Restriction. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of g668y, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to hold a User account or place wagers on the Platform.

3.1 One Account Policy. Each User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on g668y at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances held therein.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and update such information promptly if it changes. g668y is not liable for any consequences arising from a User's failure to maintain accurate account details.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. g668y will not be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

3.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. If you believe your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization, you must notify g668y support immediately at the contact details provided in Clause 16 of these Terms. g668y reserves the right to suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported security incident.

3.5 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal to the registered User and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or pledged to any third party. Any purported transfer of an Account will be void and may result in closure of the Account.

4.1 Verification Requirement. g668y is required to verify the identity and age of all Users prior to authorizing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, at the time of deposit. This process is commonly known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

4.2 Documents Required. As part of the KYC process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identity document (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, passport, or driver's license);
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (e.g., bank statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri; utility bill; or official government correspondence);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., screenshot of your BCA or OVO account showing your registered name).

4.3 Verification Timeline. g668y will endeavor to complete standard KYC reviews within 24–48 hours of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases may require additional time. Withdrawals will remain on hold until KYC is successfully completed.

4.4 Refusal and Consequences. If a User refuses to provide requested KYC documentation, or if the documentation submitted is found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with other information on file, g668y reserves the right to suspend the Account, withhold pending withdrawals, and, where legally required, report the matter to the relevant authorities.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. g668y accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata;
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja;
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (subject to availability).

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise communicated to specific accounts as part of responsible gaming measures.

5.3 Processing Times. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are credited to your g668y Account instantly or within five minutes. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 5–15 minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

5.4 Own Funds. All funds deposited to g668y must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. You must not deposit funds on behalf of a third party. g668y reserves the right to request verification of the source of funds at any time.

5.5 Failed Transactions. g668y is not responsible for deposits that fail due to issues at the payment provider or bank level. In the event of a failed deposit where funds have been debited from your bank or e-wallet but not credited to your g668y Account, please contact our support team with proof of the transaction.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000 per transaction.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, g668y will coordinate with the User to identify an alternative method registered in the same name.

6.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests are processed as follows:

• E-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): instant to 5 minutes;
• Bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and others): up to 15 minutes during standard processing hours.

6.4 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawals will not be processed until the User has completed KYC verification to g668y's satisfaction, as described in Clause 4.

6.5 Wagering Requirement Prerequisite. Where a User's Balance includes active bonus funds subject to wagering requirements, only the real-money portion of the Balance that exceeds the outstanding wagering obligation is available for withdrawal. g668y's platform displays the real-money and bonus balances separately within the Account dashboard.

6.6 Withdrawal Refusal. g668y reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification. The User will be notified of any such hold and provided with a reason.

7.1 Welcome Bonus. New members who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for g668y's welcome bonus — a 100% deposit match up to a maximum of Rp 20.000.000. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rp 50.000. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible User once only and is not transferable.

7.2 Wagering Requirement. All bonus funds are subject to a 30× (thirty times) wagering requirement calculated on the sum of the deposit and the bonus amount combined. For example, a Rp 500.000 deposit generating a Rp 500.000 bonus requires Rp 30.000.000 in total qualifying wagers before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

7.3 Eligible Games. Unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms, all real-money wagers on sportsbook, live casino, and slot games contribute toward wagering requirements. The following contribute at reduced rates or not at all: side bets in table games (0% contribution), togel lottery markets (50% contribution). 7.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Unexpired, unconverted bonus funds will be removed from the Account upon expiry without compensation.

7.5 Abuse and Manipulation. g668y reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to suspend accounts, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: hedging bets across multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets that statistically lock in profit regardless of outcome, or exploiting a promotional error.

7.6 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions. g668y reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any such modification does not retroactively affect the terms of a promotion already accepted by a User in good faith.

8.1 Finality of Bets. Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the g668y platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where an explicit "Cash Out" or "Bet Edit" feature has been made available for that specific market.

8.2 Odds and Prices. g668y reserves the right to adjust odds and prices at any time prior to the confirmation of a wager. Any confirmed bet will be honoured at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. In the event of a material pricing error (e.g., a clearly erroneous price materially inconsistent with the market), g668y reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake to the User's Account.

8.3 Result Disputes. The settlement of all sporting event bets is based on official results from recognized governing bodies (e.g., PSSI for BRI Liga 1, UEFA for Champions League, FIFA for international fixtures). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, g668y's decision — made in good faith with reference to official sources — is final.

8.4 RNG Games. All random number generator (RNG) based games on g668y use certified random number generation systems supplied by licensed studios. g668y does not control or influence the outcome of any RNG game. The published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee outcomes for any individual session.

8.5 Live Casino. Live casino games are streamed in real time from studios operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game are governed by the applicable studio's published game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. g668y is not liable for service interruptions caused by the third-party studio's infrastructure.

8.6 Maximum Payout. g668y reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per event, per day, and per User. Maximum payout limits for each market category are published within the platform and may be updated from time to time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on g668y and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and/or referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Multiple Account Operation: Registering, maintaining, or using more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Fraudulent Identity: Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity during registration or KYC verification.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or facilitating access by any person under that age.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players, particularly in live poker or other head-to-head games, in order to manipulate outcomes or extract value through non-competitive play.
• Automated Wagering: Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets to exploit pricing discrepancies in a manner that guarantees profit regardless of outcome.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or convert funds derived from illegal activity. g668y operates in full cooperation with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unauthorized payment chargebacks or reversals with a bank or e-wallet provider. Any confirmed fraudulent chargeback will result in permanent account closure and the initiation of recovery proceedings.
• Interference: Attempting to hack, disrupt, or tamper with the g668y platform, its infrastructure, or any other User's Account.

10.1 All content on the g668y Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, data compilations, and software — is the proprietary property of g668y or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in the Platform's intellectual property are granted to you.

10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, distribute, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of g668y.

11.1 g668y collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as a binding agreement governing the treatment of your personal data.

11.2 The personal data you provide during registration and KYC is used solely for the purposes of operating your Account, processing transactions, complying with legal obligations, and communicating with you about your Account and relevant promotions (subject to your marketing preferences).

11.3 g668y will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Certain data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners, and regulatory authorities as required by law or contract.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, g668y's aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the User during the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 g668y shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

12.3 g668y does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure Platform availability but accept no liability for downtime caused by scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, or events outside our reasonable control.

12.4 Gambling inherently involves the risk of monetary loss. By using g668y, you acknowledge this risk and confirm that your decision to wager is entirely voluntary and made with full awareness of the potential for financial loss. g668y accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of normal gambling activity.

13.1 By g668y. g668y reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms; (b) the User has provided false information; (c) we are required to do so by law or by a competent authority; or (d) responsible gaming considerations necessitate protective action for the User's welfare.

13.2 Withdrawal of Balance on Termination. Where an Account is closed other than as a result of a breach of these Terms, any real-money balance remaining in the Account will be returned to the User via their registered payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13.3 Forfeiture on Breach. Where an Account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, multi-accounting, or money laundering — g668y reserves the right to forfeit the entire Account balance without refund.

13.4 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting g668y support. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided that your Account is in good standing and KYC verification has been completed.

14.1 These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, consistent with the operational jurisdiction of g668y's licensing authority.

14.2 The parties agree to use good faith efforts to resolve any dispute arising under these Terms through direct negotiation in the first instance. Where direct negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

14.3 Nothing in this Clause affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of Indonesia.

15.1 g668y reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Users by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

15.2 Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

15.3 The most current version of these Terms is always published on this page with the effective date displayed at the top. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.
